St. Louis Recent Arrests Records Division

The SLMPD Records Service Center is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM. You can go in person to get police reports and arrest records. Bring a state-issued photo ID or a valid passport. Payment is cash, money order, or business check only. They do not take personal checks or credit cards. Most simple requests for St. Louis arrest records cost less than five dollars.

Fees follow a clear formula. Copy costs run 10 cents per page under Section 610.026 RSMo. Search time is billed at $15 per hour. If your request is large, you may need to pay up front before they start pulling files. An express pickup option also exists if you placed your order through the SLMPD online portal first. Open records in St. Louis include all arrests within the last 30 days and any arrest that led to a conviction or probation while probation is still active. Closed records include cases where the person was found not guilty, charges were dropped, or an SIS term finished. You can only get closed records if you are the subject of the record or have a notarized release. This follows Section 610.100 RSMo.
